Spring (April-June): freshness and availability
The park opens from 4 April. The forest is cool, queues are minimal and children are at their liveliest. Excellent for families during the spring school holidays or May bank holiday weekends.
Summer (July-August): full swing and night adventures
July and August mean 7-day opening from 9 am to 7 pm — and evening night-climbing sessions, a unique torchlit experience in the forest. Visitor numbers are higher: arrive at opening time or early afternoon for the most comfortable experience.
Autumn (September-October): our top pick for groups
This is the ideal period for our group guests. The Drôme Provence glows in golden autumn light, visitor numbers drop noticeably, and the courses take on a more serene, atmospheric quality. If you are organising a company seminar, team-building day or privatised weekend at Mas Saint Antoine, a half-day at Vert’tige Aventure fits perfectly into your out-of-season programme.
What mistakes should you avoid?
- Not booking. Booking is essential — do not arrive without a reservation.
- Arriving too late. The mega zip line closes 1 hour before park closing. If you arrive at 5:30 pm in July (closing at 7 pm), you will miss it. Allow a minimum of 3 hours on site.
- Wrong footwear. Closed-toe shoes (trainers) are mandatory. Skirts, dresses and very short shorts are not recommended with a harness.
- Following GPS blindly. Roadside advertising is banned on rural roads here. Follow the directional signs on roundabouts from Montélimar Sud or from Grignan.
- Ignoring the weather. In the event of an orange weather alert, the park closes automatically. Check the forecast the day before and contact the park if in doubt.

L'espace piscine est vraiment super avec des nombreuses assises si vous êtes un grand groupe.
Tous les gîtes sont très propres et très bien équipés. Pas de plaintes des invités sur la literies en tout cas! Petit plus : les lits étaient fait à l’arrivée et les serviettes à disposition sur les lit.
Nous avons pu également voir de superbes couchés de soleil sur la vallée. Sans oublier la vue dégagée sur le mont ventoux.
Une très chouette adresse : j’y retournerai avec grand plaisir ! Pourquoi pas les 35 ans !

Un grand merci aux hôtes qui nous ont très bien reçu. Le cadre du mas saint Antoine est idéal pour des retrouvailles familiales, sécurisé et très bien équipé.
Les gîtes sont décorés avec goût, propres et fonctionnels. La piscine, les terrains de pétanques, la table de ping-pong sont un vrai plus. Nous avons même eu la possibilité de louer un karaoke!
Toute la famille, des petits aux grands garderons un super souvenir de cet endroit. Nous gardons précieusement l’adresse.

Les parties de pétanques et de ping-pong a l'ombre des arbres auraient pu durer jusqu'au lendemain si les enfants qui se sont éclatés ne vennaient pas nous interrompre😁.
Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine car la température ne le permettait pas, mais je ne doute pas que ce doit être un délice en été.
Un seul regret: ne pas avoir été initié par Bernard à la recherche de truffes dans sa truffière privée...😆
