How long is the gift voucher valid?
The gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period, it can no longer be used and will be neither refunded nor extended.
Can the recipient choose their dates freely?
The recipient contacts us directly to book on their preferred dates. Stays are subject to availability. Our estate regularly hosts private group bookings (weekends and school holidays). We guide recipients towards the best available periods to ensure the finest experience. In July and August, rentals are by the week. Off-season, a 2-night minimum applies.
Can I book a weekend with a gift voucher?
Weekends are very popular and often reserved for private group bookings. We will give priority to offering you midweek stays (Monday to Friday), which offer more peace and availability. Weekends may nonetheless be available in low season (January to March).
Is the gift voucher refundable?
In accordance with the law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal after purchase. After this period, the gift voucher cannot be taken back, exchanged or refunded.
What if the stay costs more than the voucher?
The recipient pays the difference directly to the Mas Saint Antoine when booking. If the stay costs less, the difference is not refunded.
Can I give the voucher to someone else?
Yes, the gift voucher is transferable. You can give it to the person of your choice. Only the holder of the unique code can use it.
Is the tourist tax included?
No, the tourist tax remains payable by the recipient, to be paid on site during the stay.
General Terms and Conditions of Sale — Gift Vouchers
Article 1 — Issuer
The gift vouchers are issued by Mas Saint Antoine, SIRET 85048381900015, located in Bourg-Saint-Andéol (07700), Ardèche, France. Contact: contact@massaintantoine.fr
Article 2 — Validity
The gift voucher is valid for 12 months from its date of issue. After this period, the gift voucher can no longer be used and will give rise to no refund, exchange or extension.
Article 3 — Use
The gift voucher is usable once, for its full value, for a booking at the Mas Saint Antoine. It cannot be split. If the booking amount is higher than the value of the voucher, the balance is payable by the recipient. If the amount is lower, the difference is neither refunded nor carried over.
Article 4 — Booking
The recipient of the gift voucher must make their booking directly with the establishment, subject to availability, by providing the unique number of their gift voucher. The gift voucher does not guarantee availability on the desired dates. The Mas Saint Antoine regularly hosts private group bookings; accordingly, certain periods (in particular weekends and school holidays) may not be accessible to gift-voucher holders. The establishment will then propose alternative dates. The booking is subject to the establishment's general booking conditions (minimum stay periods, seasonal conditions: full week in July-August, 2-night minimum off-season).
Article 5 — Non-refundable
Except where the right of withdrawal is exercised under the conditions set out in Article 8, the gift voucher cannot be taken back, exchanged or refunded, even partially. It cannot be converted into cash.
Article 6 — Transferability
The gift voucher is transferable. The buyer may give it to the person of their choice. Only the holder of the voucher (in possession of the unique number) can use it.
Article 7 — Loss or theft
In the event of loss, theft or damage to the gift voucher, no duplicate will be issued and no refund will be made.
Article 8 — Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), the buyer has a period of 14 days from the date of purchase to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason. The request must be sent by email to contact@massaintantoine.fr. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the request. The right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised if the gift voucher has been used before the expiry of the 14-day period.
Article 9 — Price and payment
The gift vouchers are offered at the prices indicated on the website at the time of order, in euros including tax. Payment is due immediately upon order by credit card via the secure Stripe platform.
Article 10 — Delivery
The gift voucher is sent electronically (by email) to the address indicated by the buyer, within 24 hours of payment confirmation, in printable PDF format.
Article 11 — Personal data
The personal data collected at the time of purchase is processed in accordance with the GDPR. It is used solely to process the order and manage the gift voucher. The buyer has a right to access, rectify and delete their data by contacting contact@massaintantoine.fr.
Article 12 — Mediation
In accordance with Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, in the event of a dispute, the consumer may use a consumer mediator free of charge: Médiation Tourisme et Voyage (MTV) — www.mtv.travel.
Article 13 — Applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing that, the competent courts of the jurisdiction of Privas (Ardèche, France) shall have sole jurisdiction.
