Summer (July-August): visits without booking at 3:30pm and 5:30pm.

Off-season (September): our favourite. Quieter atmosphere, olives ripening. For an off-season group weekend, the perfect gourmet stop — when Mas Saint Antoine offers the most availability for property privatisation.

Mid-October to end of December: ⚠️ No guided tours during milling season. Shop still open.

What to avoid?

  1. Coming without booking outside July-August: tours by appointment.
  2. Coming on Sunday: shop closed every Sunday.
  3. Hoping for a tour in November: no tour during milling.
  4. Underestimating the tasting: 8 flavoured oils can be intense.
  5. Leaving without the green fruity oil: the mill’s signature.
